- Each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase.
- Production typically begins within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
- Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- Slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in screen calibration.

We take great care to ensure every piece meets our quality standards before it ships to you.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.

Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on your shipping address.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Keep in mind, made-to-order items may require additional production time.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.

We will gladly accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was sent.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@camameel.com. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
