Refund policy
Made to Order Because all of our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We do hope you will love the product you receive.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every item we sell. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Your order number
Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Art Prints All art prints are printed to order within 24 hours after you place the order and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Pillows and Blankets Pillows and blankets are handmade to order by our fulfillment partner. As custom-made items, they are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled up to 1 hour after placement, as production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
Store Credit In cases where a return or exchange is approved at our discretion, store credit will be issued rather than a cash refund.
